If you encounter any problems with your internet connection of if you have questions or proposals to make there is the possiblity of contaction us.

For every request there are appropriate channels. Please use the appropriate one. Otherwise there may be delays or in worst case no answer at all.

To receive help you follow these rules:

Genereal questions and contact

If you are having general questions, wishes or proposals, feel free to write an e-mail to support(at)hadiko.de.

Only e-mail is appropriate for this kind of query

If you would like to buy cables, please come to our office hours.

Hadinet Room

Location:The room is located in the cellar of the p-wing. The entrace is in south side of the k2 next to the phone box.

First workday of the month: There are additional office hours on the first workday of a month from 7pm to 8pm.

Configuration problems

  1. Ask your floor-neigbours. This will help in most cases. There are also Configuration instructions on the homepage.
  2. Describe your problem in IRC (#help@irc.hadiko.de:6667)
  3. Write an e-mail to : support(at)hadiko.de

The first two points are usally the fastest way. Please consider this order, to ensure the least amount of effort for the HaDiNet.

E-Mail / Mailinglists

For any problems considering e-mail or mailing lists, please contact the postmaster.

There are two possibilites to do this:

Please note: Most requests can't be solved via IRC because of their complexity.

Network failures

The HaDiNet tries to minimize down time of services and the network. To do this services are continuously monitored, so if there is any failure the HaDiNet Tutors are notified imidiatelly

 

  1. Check with your floor neigbour if she/he also encounters problems with her/his internet connection
  2. Contact a HaDiNet tutor via

Finances

If you are encountering any problems with your debit please contact the treasurer
