Registration/Checkout/Moving
To Register, checkout or if you are moving inside HaDiKo please contact somebody of the user management.
User management

Registration
To checkout you will have to bring the following things along:
- Your id card (Student id is insufficient)
- Application fee of 5 respectively 10 €
- A deposit of 25 € for the telephone (if you have your own Optiset E, you won't need that)
- A deposit for calls: 25 € for national and 50 € for international calls.
- Your account number, bank code as well as the name and address of the bank, where the account is located
Checkout
In the terms of use there is a cancellation period of 2 weeks, so please remember that. A cancellation via e-mail is not sufficient, because we need a signature. If you account information changes, you will have to reassign a new direct debit authorisation. Please contact somebody of the user management and leave the filled in cancellation form with him. Also you will have to give back the phone at the last day.
Move
If you are moving inside HaDiKo you will have to contact somebody of the user-management. The mail should contain your full name, old room number, new room number and the date of moving. Shortly after moving you should plug-in the phone and check whether it is working or not. The mailbox can't be moved and also your phone number will change.
Changes of your bank-account
If your bank-account information changes you will have to inform us of that. We will need a new direct debit authorisation. You can leave them with somebody of the user-management.
