Die Hausvollversammlung (HVV) (house plenum)

The Hausvollversammlung (HVV) is an extended Hausparlament where every occupant has the right to vote. The Hausvollversammlung is convoked if there is an important matter to discuss, hence attendance is mandatory. Excuses are only accepted in written form by the Kontrollrat. A one-time absencence results in "SV-Verbot" (The occupant can no longer participate in and profit from the self-governing), multiple in rent cancellation.
